My Story

Since I was a kid growing up in sport-obsessed Australia I've always been fascinated with food, health and fitness. I spent my golden years playing rugby league but never fully taking advantage of the opportunity I was given and always playing the victim and blaming others for my shortcomings and downfalls.

It wasn't until I finished rugby league and stopped drinking that I truly understood what all the experts, the successful people out there giving advice were talking about.

In order to be successful in anything, you need discipline above all else. Without discipline your knowledge is pointless.

My goal is to help people change their habits, change their lifestyles, grow muscles, lose fat, fight depression and anxiety without drugs, fight obesity without drugs and surgery and generally live the life they never thought possible.

I share all my experiences and knowledge from the experts I have studied to help you make that change.

Life is hard and it isn't designed to suit you and your needs. Remember that and tell yourself that every day.
